Our mission is to make a significant difference in people’s lives by the knowledge and application of Biblical Psychology/Philosophy and for the glory of God.

We achieve this via:

1. Seminars and one on one coaching sessions:
1. These are designed to increase people’s understanding of how God made them and how they were designed by God to function. We use the wonders of the human system which are being progressively revealed by science and Keirsey/Bates personality assessments, to more effectively achieve a meaningful personal discovery.
2. We also teach how people can achieve the best God has purposed for us in our personal lives (our work, love, home and play). We discover with individuals and groups the strengths God gave each person and how to stay positive by living with faith.
3. Biblical Psychology is the practical application of the doctrine of sanctification (being built up into the image of Christ) illuminated by the amazing discoveries of how God made us.
2. One on one coaching sessions to help people overcome depression and other debilitating conditions:

The most common condition is depression but other conditions can be helped greatly by using the methods and practical help of Biblical Psychology.

3. Personality profiles that help parents understand their children and individuals understand themselves better, and as a result improve their relationships and parenting skills.
4. Talks and presentations to groups or classes on the study and practical application of the Bible to our human behavior and needs.

Coaching, not just counseling, comprises a real need. Our ministry is designed to reach the majority of people who would not seek counseling. Its positive approach to provide help in reaching one’s holistic potential also attracts a different clientele.

Ray Lincoln has served as senior pastor to single and multi-staffed churches in New Zealand, Australia and the USA. His 40 years of experience in coaching, counselling and teaching have given him the opportunity to guide many people to self-discovery and spiritual renewal. He has studied extensively in the areas of Psychology, Theology, Philosophy and Personology and has earned a BA, BD, MDiv, PhD and LTh.

Teaching people to succeed in life and overcome their challenges with God’s strength are his passion. Conducting well over one hundred seminars in Australia, New Zealand and the USA has led him to lecture in universities, seminaries, and Bible colleges as well as businesses and churches. He has mentored pastors and other professionals. Ray has a deep faith in God, strengthened by his studies, and offers his services, experience and knowledge to you. His wife, Mary Jo, is more than a willing partner in his ministry and, in her own right, contributes much to their joint mission.
